After completing his remix of Lioness for Liquid Ill, hellosQuare boss Shoeb Ahmad decided to take the Mornings track 'Waves' on holiday to the Catalan capital Barcelona and reflected on how give new life to this driving album track.

Inspired by the beautiful surroundings and the vibrant culture that inhabits every nook and cranny of the city, he punched out two differing splinters from the original that bring out hidden textures and tones within the instrumentation.
